In their own fitness class, children will participate in a variety of activities that build stamina and flexibility. This class uses a variety of fitness activities to teach fitness basics to school-aged children. This is a great class whether your child needs to maintain an already active lifestyle or needs to jump-start their journey to fit and fun lifestyle.
