Workout in the Water with Aquatic Classes at Oak Ridge Health Club

Exercise in the warmth of our indoor junior Olympic pool! The National Fitness Center in Oak Ridge offers numerous workout options — including aqua aerobics and zumba — for muscle-defining, heart-strengthening exercise.

Because water makes you feel weightless, the impact of exercise is not as intense as the same exercise would feel on the gym floor. Water is kind to bones and joints, so aquatic exercise is ideal for seniors, individuals with sports injuries, or those with chronic health conditions (such as arthritis).
